False expectations! When booking the hotel online we were expecting better quality and better service. The check in was ok, the room was ok, but not great. Clean enough but not very clean. The view out of the window is a great brick wall where pigeons nest... And we had really bad luck in that we arrived late after a very long train journey. We had called to let them know, but when we arrived we were told there was a party and we were given a room close to the access door. That resulted in cigarette smell all over the hallway and getting into our room. People were loud and although we were promised the party would end in half an hour, it went on till very late. The good things about the hotel is that there is wi-fi and a kettle in the room and a nice TV. It's ok, but not great...

The hotel was a bit outside the city center, which is good... as itÂ’s more peaceful. The hotel staff was courteous and good natured. The first room given to us didnÂ’t have very clean bed sheets, so on complain, our room was immediately changed with a much better room. The bedroom was of a good size. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Complimentary breakfast was also good and also quite till late 10.30 AM. Overall a good hotel.

Rooms were not clean. Bed were full of bedbugs and no hot water. Too much noise of hotel worker till late night. Worse experience.

Located in a very clean neighborhood off the main road the hotel is very well maintained and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Would like to specifically mention the manager at the front desk, the manager of the retaurant in the basement and Rana - one of the staff in the restaurant. They genuinely made us feel welcome and cared for. The rooftop restaurant is a great place to dine under the open sky in a peaceful and tranquil environement. The rooms are clean, equipment and fittings are all new, the split airconditoner is quiet and precise ( a luxury which many a 5 star hotel falls short on). Just 2 kms from the eastern gate of the Taj Mahal it beats many a 5 star hotel in terms of proximity to the Taj. Space for car parking is abundant, there is a dormitory for the drivers too. All in all, excellent value for money. At the price I really couldn't expect more.

The overall experience in Hotel is Very Good, Peaceful Location very much close to Taj Mahal. The room is quite compact with all the necessary amenities. Staffs: The staffs were good, informative & helpful but some thing is missing (I think its cordiality which is very much necessary in the hotel industry). Food – not worth for the money (Very Expensive) but no other go, we have to depend on them for the late night dinners. Areas for improvement: 1.Hot water in the Bathroom - every time you have to call reception. You have to waste atleast two buckets of water before you get the hot water (with this scenario, there is no meaning in writing Save Water Slogans in Bathroom). 2.Leaking Health facets 3.Hard water

Last Saturday we stayed in this hotel (two Deluxe Rooms) and here is our experience (mostly Good). Property Location is quite good. Just 1.5 KM from Taj Mahal. Rooms (not bathrooms) are in good condition and well maintained. Room Service is also good. Restaurant was okay but service was very good. Courtesy was good. However they need to solve the mosquito issues. Overall, stay was okay.
