Calm and quite environment. Orerall a good budget stay.

Good place to stay .

Very good location and easy assess. Good maintenance. The food taste is average.

Location of the hotel is not bad. Staffs are well mannered and they provide prompt service. Standard of food is okay. We had booked non ac deluxe family room but we were upgraded to a suite on the terrace. Apparently the room looks good. gradually we understood that its a damp room. The room does not smell fresh. Beds were not made for a long time and it was stinking. Dressing table bulb was fuse. In bathroom flush was not working properly. In one sentence horrible experience.

I am back from our trip to Coorg and no need to say, I'm exhausted after 5 hrs drive to Bangalore. But I am eager to write the feedback for others. We chose to stay at the Crystal Court, Madikeri inspite of it being a 2 star hotel; mainly because it was given very good user rating. At that time my husband coked in saying that "Hotel guys pay to websites for such rating. You can never trust." But, but, but, Our experience was just too good. Specially their hospitality. Even though the rooms etc. was not of high standard, then also, we had an easy stay. We have small kids and we were worried about their food; milk; boiled water and lots of other things; but the hotel guys were very pleasant behaved and they catered to all out needs. And the best part was they offered to pack some dosas when they saw that kids did not have proper breakfast. This was really touching! There was no compromise on cleanliness of rooms etc also. Kudos!

Nice hotel...with basic amenities. Felt slightly expensive since there are good hotels around for less price. Food Items wise they are very limited or in some cases no choice. For food we had to walk to near by restaurant. Overall for stay it is good but for food not a good option. One good thing was it was close to KSRTC bus stand and they allowed us to check in at 4:30 AM itself even though our check in time was 12 PM. The staff are also cooperative and arranged for what we requested.

Hotel was decent. Service was good.

We were originally alotted room no. 10 on arrival. Some of the furniture was broken. The plastering on the ceiling/walls had come off in several places. A foul smell was present which the employees attempted to mask with room spray. We asked for a change of room. The front office person was very obliging and showed us all categories of the rooms available at the hotel. We found that the 3bed family rooms/suite, were well mantained with none of the deficiencies that were found in room no. 10. We eventually chose a 3bed non ac. family room.[room no. 1]. The food was acceptable ,though limited in choice. Cable tv was excellent with a wide variety of channels. Overall a 3.5/5, but a 5/5 for the hotel staff.

We came as a family of four and we were staying in the Hotel [room # 4 & 5] from 21st till 24th. I would like to record my sincere appreciation for maintaining a hotel with excellent service standards and for providing comfortable accommodation. Want to specifically mention about Mr.Girish who was sincere, out-going, confident and a person pleasant to deal with. He is a wonderful person and he has the capacity to make this hotel very successful. I would highly recommend the hotel to recognize him for his wonderful customer service attitude, his genuine interest in helping people and his delightful disposition in general. I just want to thank the management of Hotel Crystal Court for hiring someone of Girish's caliber, someone who makes our day a little brighter, someone who is a very sincere and nice person. You will grow your business with people like him. [You can't train people to be sincere and nice. That's just their personality] I had the contact number of Mr.Cariappa and in fact tried reaching him on his mobile, to record my sincere admiration about the service standards. Only the quality of food was very bad, which I am sure in course of time, will improve. Please pass my heartfelt thanks to Mr.Deepak, Ms.Navya and Mr.Bimaiah for making our stay pleasant and comfortable.
