Good one

Decent hotel but untrained staff.The food in the restaurant was pretty good.

Food was not good.There was no bar inside the resort.

Value for money. Good Budget hotel for those on business/work. Restaurant is good with tasty food. Rooms are neat and tidy with efficient room service. Located in the older part of the city. Staff is efficient, courteous and nice. In short, a good place to rest after a long day work.

An excellent hotel, whose slightly tucked in location and unassuming exterior belie wonderful service and neat, clean and value-for-money rooms.

It is simple and nice. 100 percent value for money.

Room was not good. Bed was not good

Hotel Crestwood was way beyond what I and my wife had anticipated. Located exactly where I wished it would be, the hotel proved to be more than a boon to our travel plans. Every staff of the hotel was pleasant and went out of the way to help the guests. The room we stayed in (A4) was more than enough for a couple. And it had small additions such as the mini fridge that added to the value. The breakfast offered was very good and the quality of the food was excellent. There was a slight slip once (when the chapati was more oily than usual) but that is understandable. Everyone errs. The friendliness and willingness of each to help was striking. This was one hotel where the bed sheets and towels were changed everyday, and the room kept sparkling clean. We have stayed in many hotels in India (and even have gone on trips organised by makemytrip) but nowhere did we find such quality care. We would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone wishing to travel to and stay in Kolkata.

Good and decent place to stay with family.

Hotel food quality is v.good. Room cleaning and arrangements are also good. There is a lack of responsibility in staff. So That is to be improved. As I told them to book taxi at 05:30 am next day, but taxi was not booked, and if I missed my train from Howrah St. then I may loss around INR 30000/- because my professional trip may get wasted due to hotel irresponsive behavior.
