Hotel is clean and hygenic. Value for money .

Although the hotel/rooms are good, hotel property is adjoining a slum and the slum dwellers try to get into conflicts with the visitors and make some fast money. If not oblidged, visitors' vehicles would be damaged. My brand new car was severely damaged by the same slum people. No proper / closed car parking is available. Secutity is not functioning and hence not worth for staying (especially with families). Panchavati hotels would be good value for money in overall rating in this area of Nashik.

There is no security grill to the window and no lock to the sliding window one can easily enter to the room no.214 through this window.

The check-in timing in the hotel required to be flexible. Generally people reach at the destination in the early morning while check-in time is fixed as 12 noon. I faced trouble despite spending much money.

Room service poor, pantry untidy and washrooms not at all clean.

Hotel was at an excellent location, staff was very courteous, linens and room were equally neat and clean. The only minus points in the whole experience with this hotel was the room service which needs to be improved and the restaurant which even though had elaborate menu but was not in a position to serve basic meals though manager of the restaurant tried to cover up the short coming by being very courteous and polite. But overall experience was very good and the stay at this hotel was value for money.

It's overall good but they should improve dining section.
