Friendly staff. Prompt service. They arranged for pick up and drop to airport without hassles. Nice place to stay.

Location : Close to Airport and Local Train Station. Room Size: Small but clean. Ambience - Room is very noisy even though my room was on the 5th floor. Bathroom : Cramped, lacking basic features Furniture : Outdated and uncomfortable Television: Small 14” CRT type outdated with poor quality cable connection Internet : Very expensive and never worked Air Conditioner – Outdated lacking proper temperature control Electrical outlets – Only two and located at difficult places. Room Door – lacks a latch or chain-bolt inside making me feel insecure in the night. Food – Quality: Average, Choice: Poor, Price: Expensive. There is no complimentary breakfast. OVERALL: WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Good location. Service with smile. Cooperative and helpful. Neat room and surroundings. Free airport drop even at odd hours...very convenient location. Altogether, a pleasant experience. Reasonable rent. We had a nice time and wish to stay there again. Recommend this property to others.

Good. Near to Vileparle Railway Station.

The hotel is very close to the airport (domestic). The hotel offers free transport to the airport, which was great. The room I had was clean and nice, but you could hear a lot of the traffic from streets and planes taking off from the airport. What I found negative was that there was no hot water in the shower (which there should be). The breakfast was poor, and were to be taken in the room. The restaurant in the hotel, "Siachen" was great for dinner, had superb food and excellent service!

Kind enough they let me check in an hour early and dropped me off at the airport on time. For airport travellers this is quite an ideal budget hotel.

Can do better considering the location from Airports.

While the manager tried to be helpful, the fact remains that the room had many cockroaches. Not properly cleaned at all! Yuck.
