Room, cleaniness, breakfast, services all v.good lunch and dinner could be better.

It was a wonderful experience, the hotel staff were very courteous and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend everyone to use makemytrip for air travel as well as hotel booking.

Decent accommodation, may not be value for money

A hotel is as good as it's front office and if it is staffed by inefficient people the management stand to lose in the long run.

It's a very good and well maintained hotel. The rooms are clean and neat. They also have a balcony. Overall, at the price point they are value for money.

The hotel was very conveniently & centrally located. The rooms were simply enormous, with a lovely sit out and a very good architechture. It was clean, almost spotless & well maintained. the toilets were nice, 24 hours running hot and cold water, all the best toiletries and complimentary chaving, dental & sewing kits. Facility of a cupboard, sofas and a fridge, TV with 100 channels, morning news paper, complimentary water and complimentary breakfast was a lot to get for the small price. The breakfast was simply delicious everyday, south Indian menu all served in grand style. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, and no tips were expected by anyone for what they were doing. I feel I got five star services and facilities for the price of a 3 star. Excellent hotel, highly recommended if you visit Coimbatore.
