Decent hotel.

Best in low budget.

Hotel as far as my trip this time was concerned is ideally situated. The staff are courteous and accommodative

Because we arrived so early, I think they gave us a standard room, whereas I had booked a deluxe room. Otherwise, fine, though a bit picky with whom you share your room with.

The people that work in the hotel are very helpful, friendly and attentive in all moment.

A average budget hotel in the heart of the city.

Hotel bathroom was not cleaned despite a reminder by me. The toilet was still soiled and unflushed. Linen had not been changed. The "complimentary" breakfast consists of toast with a spot of butter with lukewarm tea! Thankfully there was a restaurant nearby. The room was marginally bigger than the bed. But then, I got the room at short notice in a convenient location, which was the only saving grace!

Quite good. Just reach at hotel quite early prior to my check in time. They shifted me to some temporary room for fresh up. Then again they sifted to other one but it did not match up what I book. They straight away change me to other one on top floor. That is the best I think as far as Mumbai is concern. Location very good just in front of CST. Service and staff helpfulness awesome. Over all good I may prefer if its top floor room.

The location is very good near the business district, but rooms are not well maintained and hygeine is not properly maintained.

It is definitely not a palace, but the room was good. The location is great for the tourist, because all the good places are near by. There was some problem with the triple room and they offer enough double rooms for the same price.
