Nice centrally located place to stay.

I had booked the AC economy dormitory room. The rooms are extremely small. Also the washroom is common for all the rooms in this class. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is walking distance from CST station. Decent and cheap place for a day or two. Not recommended for families.

Because we arrived so early, I think they gave us a standard room, whereas I had booked a deluxe room. Otherwise, fine, though a bit picky with whom you share your room with.

Hotel bathroom was not cleaned despite a reminder by me. The toilet was still soiled and unflushed. Linen had not been changed. The "complimentary" breakfast consists of toast with a spot of butter with lukewarm tea! Thankfully there was a restaurant nearby. The room was marginally bigger than the bed. But then, I got the room at short notice in a convenient location, which was the only saving grace!

Quite good. Just reach at hotel quite early prior to my check in time. They shifted me to some temporary room for fresh up. Then again they sifted to other one but it did not match up what I book. They straight away change me to other one on top floor. That is the best I think as far as Mumbai is concern. Location very good just in front of CST. Service and staff helpfulness awesome. Over all good I may prefer if its top floor room.

It is definitely not a palace, but the room was good. The location is great for the tourist, because all the good places are near by. There was some problem with the triple room and they offer enough double rooms for the same price.

It is a good budget hotel. I had a standard room on 3rd floor. Room and toilet were neat and clean. Room had AC, mini bar , fan,satellite TV. Towels and bedsheets were also clean. I didn't go for free breakfast as there was no choice other than bread toast. However there is a good, vegitarian hotel just nearby. Staff of hotel was always available and helful. Over all rating of hotel is good.

It was very cool and kudos to make my trip. But waited too long since I arrived in the hotel as cleanliness work was pending.

The room was quite dirty and stinky. They gave us a room with no western toilet and then asked 2500 rupees to upgrade to another room. The breakfast was very poor, just some coffee and one toast and served only in the room with no table. The main entrance stairs were extremely stinky and dirty.

This hotel has a great location with small decent rooms. Staff is very cooperative. The only problem is the bed bugs in the room we stayed.

Positives: Near CST. Clean rooms, towels, bed sheet. Provides tea maker and complimentary tea/ coffee, shaving kit, toiletaries. Negatives: Very small room. Poor service. Breakfast includes only bread toast & tea.

Brilliant Staff! Awesome food! Very friendly and professional people!I loved my stay and so would you be! It certainly worth more than 2K. Go and have fun today! Mumabi rocks and so is Team India. The Hotel proved to be the lucky one for us! Well done people!
