Its my first experince to book hotel along with ticket, felt very much satisfied. I am traveling for last more than 25 years this time its new but quite to be regular in future. One thing sugested to be added that check in hotel must corelate flight arival to avoid any time gap ....rest all good.

The hotel is nicely maintained,the services are good and the staff of the hotel is well mannered, bcz heavy traffic on the main road its little noisy the rooms are good but little small and expensive.overall experience is good.

An extremely dependable hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms.

Checked in on 29th Dec eve with wife n 2 kids. Felt the Christmas hangover with santa's roaming around in lobby greeting the kids n distributing sweets. Check in was quick n was given a complimentary upgrade to a suite. We spent two nights n enjoyed a lot. House keeping was excellent. Had been to Nicco park n came back late in the evening tired n sleepy. The kids were overjoyed seeing two cute teddy's sleeping on the bed as we entered the room. Thanks to house keeping. Room service was at par n had a lovely dinner. Food at Khana Sutra was delicious. Bose music system in room was a feast to my ears. Complimentary Wi-Fi was mach speed as u-tube videos would open up in no time unlike my broadband at home. The staff was courteous and made us feel at home. Though it was sad checking out 31st morning but we had to go as our home sweet home was waiting 4 us to wish a happy new year. Highly reccomend chrome for future stay.

A very good hotel in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and courteous - and the hospitality was the best you could get. Breakfast consisted of a wide, yummy spread. I was surprised when the concierge politely refused my tip with a smile. Even the doorman was well versed in English, friendly and helpful in giving me directions to places in the city. Overall, a great place to stay.

The hotel was nice and clean and in good location. The complementary break fast was very nice too. Hotel staff were friendly but they need to smile little more. I will stay there again.

Front Desk was not very courteous. Bed should be larger to accommodate men as tall as 6 feet or more!

It is a Hotel worth your money. The staff is courteous & Polite. Makes you feel at home.

Lives up to the reputation of a small luxury hotel( SLH) , the choice of menu at the 24x7 cafe is limited for veggie eaters, rest everything looked cool!!
