Food was good but expensive. There are no other facilities like club or gym, only the rooms for which you pay. The location of the hotel is bad you have to walk too much to reach the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable. Room service is excellent.

It is worst hotel I have visited in my life. Staff is rustic rude ill mannered, no power back up, if there is a power cut one is suppose to sit in dark, you have to climb bloody 50 meter of hill to reach this place, not an option if you have luggage. These guys did not allot me my room as I came before 12 pm even though the room was empty and I was willing to pay half days extra charge. Hotel employees tend to enter the room without knocking, no courtesy. This hotel should be closed and reported to consumer forum. Worst experience of my life.

The hotel is not at good location close to Calangute beach and Baga beach which are centre of attractions in Goa. But you may have a hard time finding the hotel as it is located in the interior. The rooms were very good and clean. There is a clean swimming pool in the hotel to enjoy. There is no room service though. The food is okay. But they do not provide drinking water and instead charge for water bottles. But I guess, this is a common problem in Goa. You can spend some quality time there and it is good place to stay.

The hotel staff was good, they provided average food at exorbitant price. Also I found their focus was more towards charging more money rather than focusing on providing good service to customer. Location is at such a place where you have to climb a lot on foot before you find this hotel.
