Hotel Centre Point Reviews, Nagpur

Renovation (construction work) of the hotel, which was not mentioned on the website, was too much disturbed. Capacity building (how to speak to the constomer and pass the message properly etc.)among the staffs is required especially staffs at reception and restaurant. The attitute among cleaning staffs and room survice are nice and decent.

Its Ok. its not value for money.Location is very central/convenient.

We booked two rooms at Center Point, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur with some (moderate) expectations. The hotel is old in terms of the architecture & construction standards. There is no Tea/Coffee maker in the room. Most surprising was the fact that there is no A/C control in the room. For dinner, we went to the restuarant on the ground floor. There was a wide choice of cusines, the food was tasty and service at the time of dinner was really good. However, the breakfast room was very small and service was slow. On the whole, not a bad experience, but needs a lot of improvement to attract a modern day traveler. I wonder whether we will choose this hotel again!

I had stayed in this on 11th June as well and I had a far better experience of my stay. Would have given an overall rating of 4 or 5 on that day. The current experience has been disappointing.
