It was a bad experience with the property, the property was far from a 5 star standard, hospitality wise hotel is pathetic despite the fact that there is a hospitality institute in the hotel.Staff of the hotel is not at all couteous, the only good thing about the hotel is there simple food. I would never visit such a property again.

Hotel needs some work. Flex by pool torn. Marks of removed awnings on ground and 1st floor. Could not get change for Rs.100 or 500 in the entire hotel. They did not give me 1hr internet card. After calling me to the reception, made me buy 12hr internet card at 9pm as if I am going to use it all night. Bought it because my daughter wanted it. Ordered seekhkebab but could not eat. Too much salt. Housekeeping said they did not have any more mineral bottled water. Use r.o. Water. Had to ask roomservice guy to get it.

Condition of the Hotel: The Whole Hotel is infested with insects ( I guess due to rainy season ). Standard of the Room : Pathetic is the Word. The Washrooms had cockroaches ( on complaining , the hotel staff was very sorry ) Services And Staff: The hotel staff lacked the feeling of serving the guests. Although the Lunch was Good but the complimentary breakfast was really bad. The manager (Neeraj Sharma) even denied me a feedback form when I asked for it. Hotel Location: Its off The NH-8 and some half an hour away from Jaipur. Not a nice place though. Not Recommended, you can find better resorts easily.

It is truely one of the best hotels in the country. It is well planned, well maintained and value for money. I stayed with my family and I could not ask anything more. Perfect!

Hotel is good if you have a car. Nice place. Definitely recommend. Peaceful and comfortable place.

Initially, I had the apprehensions / sad feeling that the hotel is too far from the airport and in the industrial area. On reaching the hotel and personally experiencing its arrangements, ambiance, hospitality service, high quality of food and prompt services at all level. This was beyond my expectations and believe me the best I had ever seen in such class of hotels in the past 25 years of my commercial life. They deserve to be patronized continuously and heavily to make their services available to all planning their visit into Jaipur hereafter. Also suggestion, I wish to make is that MakeMyTrip should extend a package which could cover pickup and drop from airport + food also, at what reasonable cost possible to enable tourist to take optimum advantage. Thanks for your power of selecting such goods vendors /channel partners which surely with such huge infrastructure and matching high quality services, add more feathers / compliment your services and take them ahead of competitors.

If you are looking for hustle and bustle of the city, then this hotel is not for you. It is located a good 10 km outside the Jaipur City Centre on NH-8 (Delhi-Jaipur Highway). If you are not careful, you might miss the turn to the hotel on the highway!! The approach to the hotel did not tell us what we might encounter. However, once we enter the gate, we were pleasantly surprised by the extremely courteous greeting. The staffs at the entrance were very warm. Once we entered the main gate, the reception hall looked quite grand - not exactly what we had anticipated when we saw the hotel from a distance. The staff at the reception was good too. The time taken for check-in was a little longer. Once check-in done, we were walked to our room through a maze of galleries - we actually got lost once in trying to get from our room!! However, once we entered the room, the same feeling of satisfaction engulfed us. This was real value for money. The bathroom was very clean, the bed very soft.

The hotel is about 15 km out of the city on Delhi-Jaipur Highway. ItÂ’s a quiet and calm place. Drive upt o Jaipur is short and nice. Major places of historical interest like Amer Fort, Jalmahal, City Palace, Jaigarh fort, Nahargarh Fort are quite near. Old markets like Johri bazaar, Bada Chaupar etc. are closeby. Hotel service is not 5 star at all. Most are young trainees who are students at Cambay's own Hotel management institute. But staff is very courteous and willing to make you comfortable. Occupancy is generally low. Good decent place to relax for couples, families or friend groups who are looking for some quiet relaxing time. Overall a good place.

Newly build property, very clean rooms and lobby, some minor problems as they do not have a bathtub in a five star hotel-surprising, rest of the experience was gr8 and would go to again if Makemytrip provides such huge discounts again.
