The room was cold and there was a leak in the bathroom. The staff was very kind though.

The hotel staff was rude. There was no 24 hours hot water supply, they fooled us stating that they have more good room just above the another same hotel, which was on the top of the hill. The towels provided were stnking badly and were in bad condition. The hotel boy refused to check in our luggage. It was very far away from main market. This hotel is completely fooling people and making money.
