I was stay in Hotel Blue Diamond on 23rd to 25th for 3 days and thye are provided me room no. 105, very near to the reception. The room was in very bad condition and I think it was not in my booking grade @Rs.800/- per day. Intercom was disconnected in many times, and no bell was working. For any requirement we have to go reception personally. Regulator of the ceiling fan was not working. Service of hot war or food was very bad. After requesting many times they didn't change the room even not change the bed sheet in 3 days ! They refuse to give us the supporting food bill. It was the most bad hotel experience ( room & service ) in my life.

very dirty room, without any room service the bathrooms are like hell and very small in size we found used condoms in balcony.
