There was no cleaning at the pool,my child fell sick on having a swim.No one to receive at air port despite call made 2 days prior.

The lobby is nice but the condition of the room was bad. The furniture looked old and bad. The quality of food in the restaurants is very good though and the people serving are very nice.

Rooms are clean but the condition of the rooms are poor. The fittings and furniture looks old. The bathroom also feels old with old fittings.

Only the lobby part is renovated the rooms are not upto the 3 star standard. When asked for a change they told me this was the best standard room.

Still very good after many years of it's construction. The front desk staff is really helpful, but needs a lot of improvement on travel desk, specially when a guest needs help for online check in or reconfirmation. I was really unhappy about this service only. But, Overall it was pleasant experience!
