The hotel is good in ambience. The hotel managed very well. Breakfast is good. The staffs are supportive. Rest room is good but needs some renovation. LCD or LED to be provided instead of old TV.

Hotel Baserra was very good from the beginning, the way they welcome, the way they treated us with their service was really good. I want to mention one good thing which one of the room boy did, when i was checking out from the Hotel, i forget to bring my Shirt from the room , then the boy brought that shirt and gave me saying ' sir u have forget it in the room '.I was very happy with everything there. I recommend this hotel.

It is a well-located hotel as it provides all the facilities, one Is looking For. Good ambience in the hotel and restaurants. The ghazals in the evenings is superb. I was pleasantly surprised that so much was given in such competitive Rates. I recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

It is a good hotel at nice and central location. It is near to Secunderabad and paradise with good and spacious rooms. I Had a nice bath tub in the room. Hotel provides value for money.

Hotel is centrally located. Good Rooms. Good Services. Prompt Checking also extended my stay by half day with same charges. In the evening if you open the windows there is a lot of noise of horns and traffic jams as it is located on a very busy road. The in-house food and drinks are costly but with accessibility to good food and places around you would hardly order room service. I would like to come here to stay again

It was a good experience to be in Baseraa for 3 days. The highlight was the seamless service they offered throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast which was offered was excellent and it was really nice to start the day with an energizing breakfast.
