Hotel Basera Reviews, Amritsar

The hotel is conveniently located at Queens road, Golden Temple is nearby so is railway station and bus stand. The quality of room is satisfactory but overall hotel quality is average. If you are a food lover and believe that Amritsar is famous for food then this hotel food will not satisfy you. Quality of food needs improvement. Also, there was marriage party and there was so much so noise till late at night. They did not even bother to ask if my needs to be cleaned. I would rate it average.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Basera. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location on Queen's Road is near the Golden Temple as well as several restaurants and markets. It is easy to hire a cycle rickshaw or auto rickshaw to go around the city, as well as a car to travel to the Wagah border.

Hotel is at a close proximity to the railway station & Golden temple. The rooms are good, with an AC and LCD TV. Overall experience was good comparing the cost.

It is a satisfactory experience

Hotel is old looks like an old house. The odd thing I would share all the future travelers that this hotel is not value for money.

Hotel was good staff is good still need to be improved on toilet condition, location is good, overall good value for money.

The hotel and services were satisfactory. The breakfast was not served in time as they had some problem with the cook, its fine.

The location is good. The room was extremely small and cramped. It is recommended to hop over to Hotel Orchid next door for restaurant services.

It was a good offer in the price range with excellent service. Overall a nice friendly experience.
