A good hotel which has a great connection by the railway to the inner city of mumbai and other parts of the city. room was clean and ok.

If I had the provision to rate the hotel as zero I would have done. Hotel doesnÂ’t have windows to get fresh air. The room was worst.

In the bathroom there were 2 cockroaches. In the night there was noise of electrical appliance (outside) that sleeping was imposssible. In the evening 9:00 pm there was no warm water in the bathroom. Breakfast incl. coffee inedible/undrinkable. Breakfast room was unreasonable.

Property as worn out as its theme, this hotel is an outrageous ripoff, considering what it actually delivers: Mildewed bathrooms and plain, unimpressive rooms. The point of staying in a boutique hotel is personal service, but with the exception of the concierge desk, the staff is sloppy at best, and the front desk is more interested in charging you for every little thing than making you feel welcome.
