Worst experience ever faced with any hotel so ever. 1. First of all I have payed for 2 days and 2 rooms. At check in from 4 adults and 2 kids we have only 3 adults passport with us. The children under 18 were not suppose to show any documents. The administrator/owner of the hotel Vijay Gautam refused to check in any of us. Second day after calling again and insisted to be checked in as we have valid documents he admitted to check in 3 adults and one child (for each I was able to provide the passport copy). Asking Vijay Gautam if we can stay one more day instead of the day he refused to check in he denied us. Very bad attitude and service! Administrator/owner interested only in receiving money and not in customer satisfaction. Families with kids be aware.

I have read good feedback about this hotel but I did not find it accordingly. The owner was very ill behaved and he refused to honour the booking which we had (room for 3) from makemytrip. After some arguments, he agreed to accommodate us if we took an extra room. He didn't have the restaurant working as there were not many guests. It was a terrible experience and we felt very harassed. The rooms were decent for the price but the experience had ruined it all. Even for the complimentary breakfast, they were asking us the night before how many pieces of bread we will eat so that they wont have to prepare more. That was very cheap behaviour and I haven't seen it in other hotels.

Very hospitable manager who made us feel at home, very clean and freshly renovated hotel, good service.

In a tourism-heavy destination like Jaipur, Baba Haveli is like an oasis tucked away in the by-lanes of a desert. Located near Sindhi Camp, only a little away from the heart of the city, it is a cozy little residency built in the manner of a heritage hotel. Warm, accommodating, and economical are the three most apt words that sum up my stay here. Even during the JLF, the deal I got here was unbeatable - 2.5 K for two nights, breakfast and pickup included. It was a very comfortable stay, with the rooms equipped with most modern amenities and their decor vibrant with touches of ethnicity. The service was exceptional... homely yet professional. The hotelier Mr Gautam is extremely approachable and always there to cater to every need of yours. The place is also equipped to serve your other tourism needs. It is frequented by foreign travelers, and as a solo traveler myself. Highly reccommended for everyone but huge and boisterous friends groups!

It's a nice and clean heritage hotel.
