Hotel was good and staff was co-operative. The only missing thing was the food services and limited breakfast options. Rest experience was good.

We had taken a 3 bedded non AC room. The Hotel rooms were spacious and there was hot water availability 24 hours. The location was around 2 kms or around 10-15 mins walking from the Saiababa temple. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel however the hotel provides good coffee and tea. The coffee was good. The hotel also provides drop facility to the shrine though we did not avail of this. Some areas for improvement were The towels looked a little grayish. The door mat was wet and had not been changed though we checked in around 5 hours after our scheduled checkin time. We had booked 2 hotel rooms but they were not next to each other. This caused us some problems since we had kids in our group. There is a reasonably big parking area.

Service is pathetic. If one can eat outside all the time and use the hotel only for night stay, it is a good option.

Hotel is very neat and clean. The staffs were very co-operative. Rooms were spacious. Total value for Money , reasonable. Highly recommended for family.
