The hotel was good, its staff was courteous but the blot on the hotel was the shower curtain, it was extremely dirty. Towels were old, though clean. I am sure these simple issues can easily be looked into. However, this also shows that the housekeeping is not at par with rest of the services. But still, the hotel is good to stay in.

Although Located in the city centre but busy and narrow market, leads to increase in travel time. Moreover, carpets from rooms should be removed. Pest control needs to be done as I found few cockroaches in the toilet.

Hotel is good but located in crowded market area. Services are good but Hot water in bathrooms is not available 24 hour.

Hotel has not provided any Money Recipt or Bill for my stay. I am a PSU employee. The hotel has to issue a money receipt or bill which can be used for reimbursement of hotel expenses.

It is at a very poor location and is not at all a hotel for a business traveller. Facilities and services are poor and the hotel is not up to the mark and no value for money.

Improve a bit.
