On check in I was offered standard room instead of a luxury room & was asked for tax where as my voucher clearly mentioned all taxes paid. When told that the same room was offered to me on my last visit on 15.09.2011 as standard room they had no answer for that and reluctantly changed the room when I put my foot down. Repeated complaints for electrical failure were made as their generator was also not working. They were more interested in shifting me to their adjacent property by charging the difference of the amount. Very very very bad experience from this property as I have been visiting and staying in Aroma for last 6 years.
