Hotel Aroma Reviews, Chandigarh

The Aroma Classic is really a classic hotel with its charm & vintage cars. What a variety of food. They've many restaurants in their premises, very nice! And location is a plus point.

Located on prime location I was hoping for a good experience. But alas that was not the case. Room was small and lighting bad. Hotel staff unexperienced and not really cooperative. Please never ask for extra bed they provide you with a COT. The only high point was morning breakfast.

House Keeping Service was bit slow else I would definitley recommend this hotel as it is located in best location and food quality is also good.

It is good for a short stay. Location is its best feature.

The hotel is located in the central district of Chandigarh. It has als a food court adjoining it. Just one block away is the shopping district. Key tourist attractions like rock gaden and Sukhana Lake is on the same road and one does not need to ask for directions. All in all the location is excellent. The hotel s also in good condition and maintained quite well. Didnot stay long enough to experience its services

They have renovated the exteriors recently, but need to renovate the rooms as well.

The staff is not at all courteous. They are not bothered about the comfort of their guest. The AC was in a bad shape. The room was not getting cooled. The bathroom was pathetic. There toilet was not working properly. I had requested the hotel to reduce my booking by 1 day and refund me the amount or give me a credit note for using the room on a subsequent date. They refused without allowing me to speak to the manager. I am very disappointed with this hotel. They should close it down. Chandigarh has much better hotels. It is rated as third class by me and my family members.

Booked a classic room which turned out to be no more than a servant quarter. Upgraded to 'luxury' room, with the TV ready to fall off from the wall any minute and the whole room was in a very very poor state. There were layers of dust on everything. You can get much better hotels for lesser price. Will not recommend.

Good, but basic service.
