The hotel was very good to cost. Service was good, food also was good.

Hotel Arcadia, yes itÂ’s a very nice hotel and I will plan to stay again if I am nearby Kottayam Railway Station. Condition of hotel is very good, standard of room is you can say 3 star and 100 % value of money. Hotel guys are very cooperative. Especially like to mention a guy called Suvi. Only one thing hurt me a little was breakfast, it was not up to the mark, might be because it was in Kerala style and I was not use to it. There are 3 to 4 diff types of restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Lounge ,music bar, regular, family etc. Overall I can rate it as 4 star. One more thing the view from the swimming pool which is on the top floor in too good. DonÂ’t miss it.

Excellent value for money. Very clean, centrally located. Courteous staff with a 'must help' attitude!!
