Hotel Anand Villa Reviews, Agra

Size of the room was too small and even bed was smaller. There was no wardrobe in the room wich was really irritating. Hotel restaurent didn't have tissue paper, can you belive that nor did they serve water.

Very poor service, staff did not understand anything, generator service not available properly.

It is a new hotel and work in progress. We found small glass pieces inside the room.

The hotel was average - but we recommend it because of the very good service. We arrived from the train station at 8 AM - normally, no hotel would allow us to check in before noon, but here they simply gave us the room keys. We were really tired and in need of a quick shower, so we really appreciated being able to check-in earlier.

So disappointed that such a hotel was listed on makemytrip...
