Everything was upto the mark. Food was pretty good. Room service was prompt. Everybody had a smile on their face. And above all, the charges are fully justified by the services they provide. I highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was great. The room was good. The terrace part is wonderful. The staff is very cooperative and specially thanks to Mr.Hemraj Sharma for being very helpful during the stay and making our stay comfortable.

Decent stay but excellent service.

From the outside, the hotel did not look very impressive. However, as we climbed two flights of stairs and stepped into our room, we were immediately relieved. It was a tastefully decorated room and most importantly, it felt clean. The sofa set, the carpet, the washroom, all were clean and that ensured that we liked the place instantly. The location is also quite good as it is about a km walk to the Mcleodganj. On the downside, the food was quite disappointing especially the Punjabi preparation. It was so bad that we did not have dinner the next day despite having already paid for two meals in the package. The staff was courteous enough though. Overall, we liked the hotel and would go there again but will not dine there.

Room size was a bit small. The room lacked basic amenities in the washroom, e.g soap tray, shelf to keep toiletries. Second floor was too noisy in the sense the housekeeping phone was kept in the corridor and woke us up at 5.00 am everyday! On the whole, good value for money hotel.

Option to have breakfast/ lunch/ dinner is strictly not recommended. They had buffet for breakfast and their (staff) attitude was not good. They were serving leftovers/ cold breakfast. They were not polite when it comes to calling us for breakfast. I was getting the impression as if we were having our breakfast for free and it was not a good feeling at all especially before my visiting relatives. Rest everything is OK.

Walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor is indeed inconvenient. Hotel does not accept credit cards. Quality of food is just average. Yet, it's a nice place to hangout for a brief holiday.

Though we reserved a standard room, we preferred for a better room and upgraded the room to have better view.

Location of the hotel premises is really worth praising. Staff no doubts is very courteous. Special appreciation for Mr. Hemraj Sharma- operation manager who has been an extraordinary service oriented guy, taking care of all knitty-gritties and making our stay quite comfortable. Mr Suman Rana restaurant manager, again deserves appreciation for being a good at tender in the restaurant providing delicious meals with always a smile on his face. Only concern is the maintenance of property from inside. Toilets are the area of major concern, without ventilation. Overall experience was great and I would recommend this hotel to everyone for a comfortable and homely stay.

The rooms were bit small but overall it was a nice comfortable stay. Hoped for better looking washrooms and good furniture in the balcony is required.

As compared to other hotels this hotel does not give value for money. Service with regard to housekeeping and room service is also very slow. The food not very tasty also the menu for breakfast and dinner very limited. With the amount of money they should have offered more variety.

The hotel is located in a very good place and the view is excellent. However, the good part ends there. I had paid for extra bed for my room and the amount was Rs. 1650 but no extra bed was given even after repeated reminders daily. Room service had to be reminded again and again for service and food quality was just about ok. Housekeeping never changed the towels or bed sheets even once in 3 days that we were at the hotel. We had to keep asking them to clean the room, clean the dustbin but they would never do it. We would be out of the hotel whole day but still the towels etc would not be changed nor would they clean the washroom. I am very dissatisfied with the hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

The stay was not comfortable at all. The service was pathetic and the food was also not up to the mark. The soups we ordered were awful and we could not even take one sip from it. Overall experience was not good at all. I will not recommend the hotel to any of my friends.

The room was not clean, the duvets were dirty/smeling/heavy, no chairs, wardrobes without condition for use.

Black spot on Best Western hotels. No staff and no proper food. Very small rooms and very bad odour in room.

The deluxe room didnÂ’t have dressing table or even a mirror. The washroom didnÂ’t have a single vent. This for a 3 star hotel, carpet was dirty and service was hopeless. One has to rush to hotel reception for every little thing. The food quality was miserable. This hotel is nowhere near 1star leave apart 3 star status. Never to be recommended to someone looking for 3 star accommodation. During our stay we watched almost all guests having disagreement over services and almost everyone rose to hotel management. The buffet breakfast was piaster in service. Hotel staff is not equipped to handle even 41 rooms (capacity of hotel).
