Overall Hotel Rating:
Great location if you have work around CP. Good connectivity with station and airport express. Very frugal but clean and value for money. Quick on service and facilities for business. Choose the suite as the room has a good open balcony and big bathroom.

The hotel is located in a very narrow dirty street and the ambiance is very noisy. The rooms are not well maintained. Everything is over prized here. Can consider if you want to stay near to New Delhi Railway station.

Nice place and very impressive rooms moreover got good deals via MakeMyTrip so its a great value for money hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. The locality is a bit down market but the hospitality and food will surely compensate keep up.

Ok hotel. Loads of hard sell on check in for tours. Ordered a suite but got a deluxe double but charged for suite. Told I could change rooms, but why not just give me the right room first. No pick up at airport.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Each room is different in size, all the ones we have been in are very tastefully furnished, beautifully decorated and perfectly maintained. Bathrooms are very big and super clean. Lots of amenities like hot water pot to make your own tea, teabags, instant coffee, sugar and creamer are provided charge free. Indians might not be so happy with the location in greater Pahar Ganj area, we like it though here is where the heart of Delhi beats, and its conveniently close to New Delhi railway station and Rajiv Chowk, Janpath, and the market area. 100 % recommended.

Other than manager, rest of the people at counter were talking rules only. I saw them full of negativity. I did not find them friendly at all. Tea was real waste and not worth for money. Breakfast was very average too.

I have stayed in Ajanta so many times but writing review first time. In short, I must say it is a value for money hotel if you want to be around new Delhi railway station or connaught place or any place in heart of city. I must say it is one of the best option and value for money service is somewhat lazy but overall it is fine.

The staff was very helpful. Hotel is very near to the New Delhi Metro Station which made commute part very easy for me. Room service was good. It was very much value for money. Food is not at the best side which is one of the area they can improve. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Good option. Easy to reach being in close proximity to railway station. Ambiance is good though there is a great scope for improvement in services. But considering the options available in Paharganj area, opting for this hotel would be a good choice for budget travelers.

Located in a very busy area heart of Delhi near to the railway station and 20 minutes walks from the nearest New Delhi metro station, you will be disappointed seeing the hotel from outside, but once you go into the hotel is good! Breakfast is not value for money.

We had a very good stay. A nice place to escape from the busy Paharganj streets. Very suitable for western guests. The internet was not continually working. The rooms were very clean. We choose the room plan that included breakfast and it was all very good.

Oddly enough, they gave me accommodation in the nearby building, which I guess is also part of this hotel. But I am not very satisfied. Pictures looked much better. I was hoping room would be bigger and better. I did not have time to try the food.

The staff was very courteous but the actual location of the hotel left a lot to be desired in terms of accessibility. In addition, the food seemed a little over priced, though the taste was good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. A good stay overall.

Very friendly staff and quick service. We have been staying there since the last three years whenever we go to Delhi. The rooms are clean and spacious, though it is a bit noisy outside as the temple bells start ringing very early in the morning. Suggestions- should increase the time for buffet breakfast at least until 11 am.

First of all I am not going to recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a big problem of hot water at night. After complaining about this problem to the reception they were keep saying the same thing repeatedly. Please keep open the tap for 5 to 7 minutes. You are going to be cheated if you will book any rental car from this hotel.

Never recommend this hotel to your customer in future. 1. No pickup facility was provided on arrival though assurance was given. 2. No telephone of the hotel was working infact none of my call was answered for pickup on arrival. 3. Lower level workers found ill mannered seems to be not trained. 4. Even towels in bathroom were provided when asked. 5. No proper comforters were there in the room. 6. I have made a complaint to the hotel management.

We had to cancel our trips including visit to Taj Mahal due to food consumed in Ajanta hotel restaurant. Children had milkshake and ice cream and cheese cake. We were vomiting and had loose motions and had to spend one night in hospital..and spent lot of money on medicines. Though Hotel management and staff was very helpful. We lost deposit to visit to Taj but there was no compensation for this unsuitable food.

Hotel is good. There was little problem in wash room. Food was also nice but they should take care of hygiene also. Staff was very helpful and cordial. Room is also very good. Location is very near to railway station. Overall a good time spent staying in Ajanta.

We stayed here for 3 nights, there was plenty of problems with us. Hot water, room service, room allotment and drinking water. So this is my second time I stayed at this hotel, but now I am not recommending for this hotel. There no value for money which was spent.
