This hotel is very near and just near to NDLS railway station. My Delhi tour was most remember-able due to the comfort of hotel. I travelled on train during my stay and I was not willing to rush for the train.

It was a good experience, though not being near to the metro and the delhi traffic at times can leave you desperate. food is ok, but expensive, hotel pickup and front office is very good.

The road was very congested. I was provided a room at a facility (Home Sweet Home) opposite to the main hotel. There was no hot water for 2days.

I was not provided free one way airport transfer for my booking id NH210411893507 done separately. Due to this I had to spend Rs 500 extra to hire taxi from outside, while the same was mentioned in the voucher as complimentary service.

The hotel pick up car was not on time. The staff was courteous and nice. Location of the hotel is also nice. The quality of food could have been better though.
