Hotel is recommended, but it needs its front desk staff to be more professional. It is not a complaint. During my stay for 3 days, 3-4 messages were not communicated, plus my request for wake up call was not taken care of. Overall, it was a good choice.

Since I arrived in the morning by 8 am, I requested whether I could check in immediately. The answer was yes and immediately sent transport to pick me up. Room was ready. Very efficient and courteous. I had to pay only for the extra breakfast. Nextday, after check out, I misplaced my wallet and alerted hotel to search the room. Immediate response and very courteous too. I will recommend to everybody and I will also stay there.

The Hotel is very good located, the service of transport from/to Airport is excellent. The treatment fast and convenient. It is my first choice for traveler who have to be a night in Mumbai to change flight

The hotel is ideally placed near the airport and has quick accessibility to all sources of transportation to the city. The promptness of the services as well as the rates make this an ideal place for transiting travelers in Mumbai to have a stop over hotel before their next flight. The hotel check in process is easy simple and fast which as a traveler i always prefer. All in all a very good choice to make if you are looking for a place near the mumbai international or domestic airport.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT THAT PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER DID NOT KNOW HOW TO SMILE. THEY ALL SEEMED TO HAVE A PERMANENT FROWN ON THEIR FACES. THIS SHOULD CHANGE OTHERWISE IT SPOILS THE CHARM OF EVERYTHING ELSE.

Airport pickup & transfer are good. Good reception, good porter help, room was clean and neat. Good room service, round the clock food service is excellent. Nice beginning with tasty breakfast in the morning, and flexible check out timings. Overall excellent experience.

The hotel is a one or two star hotel masquerading as a 3 star hotel. Aside from having small rooms (for the price), poor appearance of rooms, poor plumbing, the reception staff in particular one person is a bumbling bureaucrat. I was woken at 4.20 AM for an alarm that was wrongly written up. The hotel did not apoloigize because in their opinion it was the fault of another guest who gave a wrong room number which happened to be mine. This has never happened to me in decades of travelling around the world. There were several other minor irritants.

Tiny rooms, key card didn't work from 2nd day, flush wasted more water than I use in a month, room wasn't cleaned though beds were made, too expensive for what you get - AVOID

The bathtub was not clean. The toilet would flush on it's own repeatedly. The water supply would stop and start intermittently during use. The drains make loud noises. The price was way too high for the quality of room. It should not be more than Rs.1500 per day. I would not recommend anybody to stay in that hotel and I will never stay there again.
