Its really good hotel with soothing ambience.

Hotel was good but the toilet was not clean. Towels were dirty, no room heater even being the deluxe room. Breakfast should have more options.

Hotel must arrange complementary airport pick up and drop alongwith complementary mineral water bottle, bed tea and breakfast.

Hotel is good if they improve the sevice. To get the hot water, you'll have to wait for hours sometime and it is centrally controlled. You don't get hot water whenever you need it. Room was very dirty; dust and spider net were visible under the cots and the room looked like it was not cleaned for months. Room service takes long time as there's only one or two room boys. Lookwise, Hotel was reasonable well maintained.

The hotel was average. The good points were the service was quick and efficient, besides it was close to the domestic airport. What needs to be improved was the room quality and house keeping services. It was average I would say. It's in a street hence could not find it very easily. However it is good for a one night stay. No other concerns.

Very clean, courteous staff, nice facilities, good breakfast, overall great experience. Also very close to airport which was a plus.

Very good value for money and very good service, staff very friendly.

Rip off. Charged us 6000 rs to take us to see closed Taj Mahal and they knew it was closed on Friday but they did not tell us when we started our journey but when we reached Agra they informed us that it is closed.

Bed linen was torn, & bathroom was too much dirty, Service was third class when ask for something reply came my shift is over kindly call after 20 min.
