The hotel is located in a very crowded area. There is no peace of mind as the bus stand is just adjacent. Though lot had been spent on all interiors however due to poor maintenance the hotel from inside is shabby. Rooms are small.

Only 1 toilet soap for 3 nights. Tables and chairs full of dust. Not worth the price. Staff not well behaved.

Rooms are okay but you don"t feel at home even for a moment. Receptionist and restaurant waiters not at all trained, without any knowledge of service industry norms. Stayed for 3 nights but no system of bed linen, glasses & bath towel change. Bed sheets were changed on the 3rd night after many calls to the manager. We had an infant but the bathroom geyser switch was in the reception area & had to call the reception every time we needed hot water.The management & the staff behaved as if we were staying there for free. If any one wants to have a smooth & peaceful stay in Digha its better to avoid this hotel.

I will not say I was very displeased with the services provided, yet I cannot term my stay over there as "Fantabulous". The lift in the hotel was non-functional most of the time, and my mother, who is 65 yrs old had a tough time walking up & down the stairs. Room Service was not upto our expectations, and an order for a cup of tea early in the morning would take somewhere around 30-40 mts. But yes, the positive part was the behavior of the staffs. They were cordial and open to feedbacks given to them whenever anything went wrong from their side. The quality of food served was excellent, so much so, that my mother refused to have her lunch in other hotels during our stay in Digha.

Room Service is very poor, very less staff, room service and house keeping have no seperate staffs.Even the person cleaning the toilet is making the bed and serving food.

Check out time was 11am, I asked for 2 hr. extension, they asked for 500 extra- I had to check out at 12 when my train was at 15:30--there was no other booking of my room, but no cooperation. Will never re-visit & will not recommend.

The rooms are nice with modern amenities. It also has mini bars in the rooms, the rate is bearable, but the management service of hotel isnÂ’t that nice, the staff doesnÂ’t know how to run a hotel with proper attitude and services, the food is very nice, took but it took 45 minutes to send a matchbox to room.

Bad hospitality, staff behaviour is bad
