I take a Deluxe Room and in this tariff the Hotel City Plaza is too bad. The room is too small and washroom also. They provide smelly blankets, and food itÂ’s too bad for health. No laundry service. So advice is please beware with this hotel. IÂ’ll never come back here.

The only positive aspect is central location. Food is OK. Service average. Expensive for this category of hotels.

I was supposed to get hotel at 7.00 am but it was not so, I waited for 3 hours after that I got the room. And it was not cleaned properly and the ambience was not good (no worth for money at all), only room service was good at time.
