Not satisfactory .

Hi, this is a Good Hotel with Good Location, But services are poor.Worst staff, Please never visit the Hotel.

The hotel is in a superb location. Rooms are really good. Parking could have been better. Food is good. There are good options near by as well. Travel desk is another plus. So close to the main road yet it has got a silence to it. A very nice experience for the price we paid.

The Hotel Cititel is a newly constructed Hotel (about 3 years old) in the heart of the city. It is located in Masab Tank area on Banjara Hills Road no.1. Its a 3 star hotel and is maintained quite neat and clean. The rooms are quite good and consists of writing table, and LED TV apart from standard items. Although the people are curteous, the room service is not upto the mark and needs improvement. The hotel has a travel desk to take care of the travelling needs.The hotel is strategically located and many of the sight seeing places are within 10 kms. The airport is 32 kms from the hotel. For vegetarian people there is a veg restaurant right below the hotel. Many of the Malls and a cinema theatre is within the radius of 1 to 2 kms.I would recommend this hotel to all who have a economy budget.

The hotel is really a very bad place.people will just be impressed by the loaction and nothing only by the name of banjara hills ppl will go for this hotel they do not have proper cu service.They fight with all the cus and no proper service is provided.I have booked a hotel called justaa residency its an awsome one.Nothing can beat it.Its little expensive but I am sure ppl will not mind spending so much on tht atleast fort he service.

It is good hotel but if they can arrange veg food restaurant there and can arrange a buffet breakfast.

Good Service.
