Hotel 7 Flags International Reviews, Mumbai

This is one of the best values for money hotels. The exterior view is not so good and flashy but donÂ’t get fooled by that. The rooms are of high quality and you get pretty decent service. I saw few reviews by travellers complaining about the hotel, I just kept my expectations low. I and my wife stayed there for a night and the facilities, breakfast, staff response and service was great. I recommend this hotel.

Very poor maintenance and service.

Very happy with the deal n stay. Near flawless service and delivery with focus on customer satisfaction at every step by every staff. For the rate, it was a steal deal,in fact one of the best deals in town. Rate per day included airport transfers and breakfast was the clincher. No shady stuff and no hanky panky. Straight deal- what u see is what u get ! What u are promised is what u get! Courteous lobby and hotel staff , smiling chauffers, service oriented hotel management and a hands on owner (I sighted the owner/family personally supervising some works earlier in the day). Overall, a great place for the rates n true value for money. God bless them and may their tribe increase.

Location : Vicinity of Airport(2-3 Kms). Found bit of problem in locating it. The Hotel is close to Andheri Gurudwara. Size : Small hotel with 32 rooms. Parking : No dedicated hotel's car parking, parking is done on side of road. Rooms : Rooms were small in size just perfect enough, visited both executive and premium rooms(Extra Sofas), both were neat and tidy. The bed was well kept and everything in order. Fresh bed sheets and covers and towels. Curtains were clean. Each room has a electric kettle with tea and coffee raw material kept. Flat screen TV and small fridge. Staff : The staff was extremely cooperative, as I was new to the city and even my cab driver had no idea about the city, they guided us. Service : Excellent throughout the clock, I ordered them Tea at 3:00 in the night and to my surprise the order was sent in just 15 minutes time. The Hotel has its small dining area and a small Bar and Lounge. Good Food with good service.

The first day in the hotel, there was no water in the bathroom for almost one hour, and inspite of informing reception, it took long time for the water to come. Then, there was frequent power failure in my room, due to short circuit in the fan.Informed several times, but it was done after four days.The linen is changed late in the evening and I had to stand outside the room till they finish. Its not a good hotel to stay because of lack staff. Location wise the hotel is good.

In spite of polite staff and clean rooms, I would not recommend this hotel. ItÂ’s still under construction and they have a disco in the ground floor that did not let me sleep till past midnight. Also, staff took liberty to give me an unsolicited intercom call around mid-night.

Service very poor and room is very congested.

When I request them for one water bottle around 11.00 p.m, I called them four times to supply the water and they have taken around 45 minutes for just providing one bottle of water. And they were also confused about room no, they were asking room no again and again.
