The apartments at Horizon Villa offer the best of comfort and space. They have imported tile flooring, and wooden glazed doors and windows. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, as well as study table, double bed, carpeting, television, and an electric kettle. All the bathrooms have anti-skid flooring tiles, along with hot and cold water.

The apartment also has a fully-equipped kitchen and pantry. The kitchen has modular fittings with stove and chimney, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stainless steel sink with hot water, crockery and kitchen ware. The property is walking distance to a variety of fancy restaurants and the city centre which has many grocery and convenience stores.
