The location was mind blowing and refreshing too. I enjoyed a lot with my family. It was my life time dream location of hotel. Very good.

The hoterl is situated over a remote mountain top and we stayed in a hut. The view is breathtaking and we did actually see the snow peaked Himalayas from the hotel. However, this hotel is not the place you would want to stay if you are travelling with small children. The hotel is more suited for people who wish to stay away from the daily city life or who wish to be close to nature. Positive points - View and location of the hotel. Negatives - Not recommended for familiies with small kids, Rooms are not adequately maintained, it is like living in a jungle so you should be prepared for insects etc. crawling onto your bed or bathroom. Food - Was very basic and was not included in the package. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed the surroundings and beauty of nature, but you may want to avoid this place if you are travelling with small kids.

Excellent place to chill out and recharge your batteries. Away from the hustle of the main city since it is located on an isolated stretch, just nature and you. There is a 3 km stretch nearby to apple orchids which is fun. Food is ok though a little bit expensive in my opinion but that is compensated by the extremely courteous staff. Room are good especially the log huts as you get a village like feeling. The place itself has been nicely maintained and the view is just panoramic. For recreation there is table tennis, lawn tennis court and a pool table. Hotel charges are also reasonable. All in all value for money. I will be staying here only on my next visits to Ranikhet for sure.

A great place to relax as it is off the main town. The food was excellent. The roads to the hotel need a little improvement.

It is a fantastic place. It is all alone in a pine forest with fruit orchards all around and snow cap peaks gazing at you. It reminds you of British luxury. Very courteous and helpful staff. Excellent place to unwind.
