Internet is not free. The bed is small for 2 adults and 2 kids. This forces family to get extra bed which cost Rs. 750 extra per day.

Everything about the hotel was good.

For relaxed stay this is the best hotel in Goa. For tourist mood, this is not a recommended place.

Good location and very helpfull staff. More indian food should be included in the menu.

It has more of 4-star facilities than 5-star. However, it has wonderful location and good food.

Excellent facility. Difficult to access. Expensive to do outings from this location. Taxi operators are unionized! Restaurants of the hotel are good, but no health conscious menu available.

Our main objective for this vacation was to take a long overdue break from our daily routine. We were travelling with an infant and so had to watch out for a few things. Given this, the Holiday Inn Resort provided us with exactly what we wanted. They supported all our infant needs admirably. Our meal plan included all meals which we took at the buffet service. The buffet staff was exemplary in their service. From providing a high chair for our baby to providing special food for her. We found the room very comfortable well-kept and clean for baby standards. The fact that the beach is walking distance from the room helped us enjoy more frequent beach outings. Having said that, a few of the other hotel services like the spa were disappointing. But since this is a non-essential service (ladies, please bear with me!) it was ok. The distance of the hotel form the tourist circuit may be an issue. It didnÂ’t matter to us because we were primarily out to rest and relax.
