Very good service, ambience. Scores a little less on value for money. Coffee/ tea maker in the room is essential as most of sightseeing tours start very early in the morning.

The hotel is pretty far from the proper munnar.

The hotel as such is located amidst good sceneries.The individual cottages are arranged neatley, however the rooms are cramped.The carpet smelled. st inked with probable fungal spores.Howvere the manager tried to compensate for everything. He helped to hoover the room, changed the tv promptly once it didn't have the proper cricket channel. Was friendly throughout. Interntet did not work at all in the hotel, which was a problem.

The hotel is not ready for guests, the services have to be spruced up hugely, the guests have to bear the brunt of a new start up.

A small and clean resort on the backdrop of breathtaking mountain views. Staff was really helpful in organising our trips and always ready to help. Room was very clean and well maintained. There is enough space within the resort. We enjoyed playing badminton there.

Hotel Holiday heaven is situated in the scenic Munnar away from the hustle bustle of the town and offers a treat to the eye in the form of mist covered mountains and beautiful ambiance. It has been designed in the form of cottages, but the cottage is smaller than a standard hotel room. It is labeled as 3 star but the amenities are not up to it. The interiors of the room are below average and any 2 star hotel can give it a run. The hotel is far from the main city and offers the idea of relaxation but sadly there is no provision for any relaxation or entertainment. There is no gymnasium, no indoor or outdoor games. The restaurant is pathetic. The complimentary breakfast includes only badly made ‘Upma’, toast and omlette. Overall high pricing, bad on facilities.

Excellent location, good food, brilliant hospitality. Worth a visit!

Hotel is 22 km from the main city and it costs Rs. 300+ when you travel by a taxi. Food quality and options are very poor. Hotel location and scenic beauty is great, and a lot of resorts clubbed there.
