This was my first visit to Manali I and my wife were wondering what kind of hotels would be there but after reading various reviews on numerous web portals we booked our stay in Holiday Cottage after reaching there we realized that reviews were correct about the hotel every thing were same as described earlier

It was really a dream stay for us at Holiday Cottage Manali. After having faced the tourist-exploitation at Delhi with respect to hotel prices and the services offered, we had reached Manali with a heavy heart. But the stay at Holiday Cottage Manali did change things for us and made us forget all those 'not-so-good' experiences. The Location : It is situated at a strategic place, where one gets to see the excelent city view. The Conveyence : They offer FREE pick up and drop from Bus stand. The Rooms : Spacious with beautiful wooden interior. Each of the material used in here is excuisite and nicely maintained. The place along with chilling weather of Manali will make you go deaf to your morning alarm sound. 24/7 hot water will keep you warm. The Staff : Staff here needs to be applauded for the excellent services that they provide. They had arranged candle-light dinner table with a city view, a camp fire dinner for us. Thanks to 'Sagar' ( staff member) for arranging all these. The Food : They have got a master-chef in here. The food we had was delicious. They served nice hot ginger tea to beat the chilling weather whenever we asked. The Owner : Hats-off to the owner Roshan Thakur for having set up this place and having hand picked staff rendering excellent service. The Holiday Cottage Manali : Place to stay if you want to make yourself feel special !

Dear tourist, its our pleasure to give our feedback on Holiday Cottage Hotel, Manali. It was amazing and awesome experience we had within 2days of our time in hotel Manali. I could like to appreciate the work done by Mr Roshan for his well orgainsed and proper planned in running the hotel in a right path. End of the day we miss you Hoilday Cottages for giving us wonderful services and request the whole team to maintain the same forever for better outcome of the hotel. Thank you Holiday Cottage :-)

Flexible, responsive, and very reasonable rates categorize this hotel's room service. Housekeeping was efficient. And the best part is the well behaved and smart staff. Over all except for those who what to visit Manali and live in a crowded lanes of its populated (so called) mall road, this hotel is ideal.

It was an excellent opportunity for me & my family to spent a 2 days at this hotel. It was a home away from home for all of us. My kids enjoyed a lot at the cottage. Unfortunately I did not have time to stay more. The condition of the rooms are excellent. The sevices of the Hotel staffs was again excellent. One Sri Sagar, who was looking after us during our stay was very good. He infact arranged a candle light Dinner for our family. The food was good and price is reasonable. If I happen to come to Manali again I will definately make it a point to stay at this cottage. I strongly recommend to all to try this cottage once. Holiday Cottage Manali, is a home away from home. When we were reaching the cottage I was little scared due to the approach road, off course Holiday Cottage Manager was driving in front of us to guide us that to at 9 PM. The cottage is maintained in the excellent condition, the location is excellent, & the hospitality standard is very high. The owner's, Mr. Roshan Thalur, involvement is known through all the employees of cottage, hats off to him for ensuring such a committed workforce. One or two more properly located charging points in the room are required. Food is excellent & proper care taken for my 2 years kids needs. Only thing I felt is one or two more Veg breakfast options needs to be explored. (Everyday you can not have paratha & poori-bhaji for breakfast, though delicious) The service was excellent & without any delays. The waiter was always on his toes to serve us. I will definitely plan to stay at Holiday cottage next time when I will visit Manali.

If you are in Manali , holiday cottage is the best place to stay and relax. The location, service, food, hygiene, you get it all . Its a complete value for money . Whenever my family or friends visit Manali, we are sure to stay only in holiday cottage.

The hotel is nice with excellent cook. The food was really nice and affordable. Room service was good and very homely environment.

The hotel has a great view of Manali. Peach gardens lie just below the hotel and you can see the mountains and the river Beas flowing below. Each part of the hotel shows the loving care of a man with passion and taste. Cleanliness level is very high and each item of the cottages is hand picked. The food is very nice. Best part is the willingness of the hotel staff to go the extra step for service to the customers. I had a great time at Holiday Cottages. My vehicle had met with an unfortunate mechanical fault on my return trip from Leh, and I was stranded for two days at Keylong. However the hotel postponed my bookings by two days even though the hotel was fully booked otherwise. Such requests are not normally entertained and it was a very pleasant experience, and the owner personally inquired about our well being. Such personal touches made our trip to the hotel just delightful! I plan to go back to Holiday Cottages again for an extended stay.

It is the worst hotel we have ever been to. There were bed bugs and I ended up having rashes all over my back. We extended our stay in Manali for another day and booked another hotel in Manali. Sterling Resort was much better and cheap in comparison to this hotel.
