Hotel Hills is spread over one acre of land offering spacious accommodation and excellent facilities. The garden, lawns and park covers three acres.

The hotel offers 3 Royal Suites, 3 Deluxe rooms and 24 Standard rooms. Each room is well furnished with colour television, geyser, mosquito mesh, dressing table and intercom system with local/STD facility. The Suite consists of a sitting room cum dining area with refrigerator and bedroom. The spacious rooms are large enough to accommodate a family of four or five. The Deluxe rooms are single unit rooms yet large enough to offer a sitting area and a refrigerator. The Standard rooms are designed for comfort and each one comes with a balcony.
Dining
The hotel boasts of the Diana Restaurant offering an elaborate menu of Indian, Chinese and local food. Guests can even request the chefs here to make their favourite cuisines even if they are not mentioned on the menu. The hotel also serves buffet meals for groups above 10 persons. The hotel also has a special Jain kitchen, where only food from the special Jain menu is prepared.
Facilities
The hotel offers a lot of recreational activity like chess, carom, badminton, football and even a game of cricket. Party games are organized on bonfire nights. Sometimes, there is live band playing for the guests. Other activities include trekking and nature walk. The Ashiqa Conference Hall is ideal for business conferences, training, programmes and conventions and can accommodate about 150 persons in theatre style.
