The hotel is an ideal one for a short stay of 2 days. The rooms are decent and spacious, the washrooms are clean, the wooden finish to the walls ceiling and floors are good but at times sticky under our feet whenever the climate is very cold or it is rainy. The room service was good. The food was also decent they had some good variety. Overall the experience was good and good value for money.

Good value for money. Don't go by the "Deluxe" room name though. Deluxe is just a normal room - but compared to the others, it's pretty spacious. The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning - but you don't really need it in Munnar. Room service is lacking when the no. of guests is more - lunch and dinner become only buffets then. Overall a nice stay. Do call and check with the hotel for specials before booking online - you might sometimes save about 300 on a night!

Good staff, very clean and nice rooms, good service, wooden finish everywhere and the included breakfast were the good highlights. The bad - the only bad thing was that the hotel did not have an elevator/lift.

In the first room, there was no hot water. Even though I booked superior room, they auto upgraded to next level when I complained about the first room. Very friendly hotel staff, always ready to go an extra mile. Food was excellent.

This hotel is located a few kms en route to Munnar. Its unique red color makes it a bit odd though. The reception, the stairs and the floor has a classy wood finish. The rooms are fine except for a damp feel. Service on food is fast. Other services like geyser and security is poor though. It's a value for money when you are booking through internet and have your own transportation means.

The location is excellent, away from the noise of the town. Rooms needs renovation in terms of colour, flooring, furnishing. The resturant needs a change in terms of menu, taste of food, ambience and service. Room service is good and staff is courteous.

Condition, standard, service & facilities are excellent. But they can provide one more wheat food for breakfast. For south Indian food they gave idly or dosa only; one item. Please advice them to include a wheat item to suit diabetics/north Indians.
