Hotel was gud and satisfied with their services.

We had booked a deluxe room it was quite spacious but they provided only 3 hangers in wardrobe for the clothes. Also the hot water is not available 24 hours it is available only in the morning from 6AM to 10 AM which is very inconvinient when it is very cold in the night at Mount Abu. The water is freezing cold. Also there is no heater facility in the room if you are feeling cold. Overall it is a good budget hotel and is very nearby the Nakki lake and sunset point. Also you have access to a wide choice of restaurants and market place for your food and shopping appetite.

Good reception and support staff. Was told after long travel that hot water was available only till 11am, should have been told before - would have influenced my choice. Eventually hot water was made available. Excellent service especially room staff and room service.

Nicely located near the main market still away from crowd. Well maintained hygiene and cleanliness. Parking at owners risk is not a very good statement to mention.

Very close to market place and most beautiful Naki lake. Quick room service and good food. Spacious room with outside balcony seating space with garden view.

The ambience and decor of the hotel and room was excellent. The food was good. Value for your money.

Hotel i sclean, good to stay, but repairing work is in progress, so a bit disturbing. Location not so good.

The hotel looks OK, the staff does what they have to do, but that is about it, the business center, turned to be the computer of the manager. The beds do not have sheets, you can cover only with a blanket, but all of that is good, the only thing that would not make me recommend this hotel is the other guests, they are totally disrespectful, kept their doors open with the TV on highest volume, or playing around till night.

Great hotel with great room service and poor housekeeping. Need to improve housekeeping a lot and yes still laking a bar in the hotel

I didnt like staying at this Hotel. I would not suggest this hotel to stay at Mount Abu.
