Hotel Heritage Dakshin Reviews, Mumbai

The hotel is pathetic. If you have a female friend visiting you, you have to make them wait in the lobby. If you are married your surnames should match on the id card, else you will not be allowed to do checkin. I had to cancel my reservation after arriving at the hotel and was refused checkin. The receptionist is very rude speaking like head of some right wing moral policing unit's head. He was stopping others from helping me find another accomadation. Very unfriendly staff. And according to staff they are afraid of police. If you do not want last minute glitches and surprises, stay away from this one.

The hotel is at a very comfortable position in Belapur. Since I got down at Bandra terminus, I took bus no.505 which dropped me directly to CBD Belapur bus stop which is at a walking distance from the hotel. The hotel in itself is very well situated. For me, the best part about the hotel was the location. Also, the surroundings were great. The place is crowded with restaurants, both budget and luxury. I stayed in an ac deluxe room for two nights and found it very comfortable. The rooms were clean and tidy, though the space was a little less when compared to the amount they take for booking. Most of the time, I ordered food through the room service and I rank the food quality as 4/5. The one point being deducted only for the sake of value for money. Also, they took less than 30 minutes for everything I ordered. The room service was very decent and quick. The reception was quick (though I had paid already). The clearance of the bill at the end also took less than 5 minutes.
