The hotel is very good. It is a nice place to relax with family, but is little far from Dal Lake, one should have full time vehicle. Food is expansive. Except two shortcomings the hotel is very good rooms including washrooms are clean, it has ample ground for children to play also having table tennis and badminton court. Excellent place to relax.

Heevan Resort has made my stay at Srinagar very pleasant and memorable. The resort is located close to all important tourist attractions like Shalimar Gardens, Nishat Gardens and the prestigious Dal Lake. All facilities provided are good. The service offered is also noteable. The restaurant, Dilkusha offers a wide variety of dishes but the only problem is they dont serve Kashmiri specials regulary. We have to request them at least a day before. So, we couldn't taste the actual Kashmiri dishes.
