Dilkusha is the in house multi cuisine restaurant with traditional Kashmiri decor can accommodate up to 60 people. The restaurant serves Indian, Continental, Chinese, Gujarati and Kashmiri cuisine. Samavar, the coffee shop is located on the lobby level. The coffee lounge serves exotic Kashmiri snacks and the famous Kashmiri beverage Kahwa, a hot water flavored with saffron, almonds, cinnamon and cardamoms.
