The rooms are categorised into 84 Grand rooms, 22, E rooms (Business Rooms), 20 Executive Business Bay rooms, 5 Deluxe Suites and 2 Theme Suites. The room facilities include satellite television, AT&T telephone system with direct dialing facility, internet access from all rooms, mini bar, safe deposit locker and 24 hour room service. The rooms are a mixture of carpeted, wooden and marble flooring depending on their category.

The Deluxe Suites have a computer and DVD player and a collection of complimentary in house movies. The Suite also has a separate seating area with a dining table. A stay at the Executive Business Bay offers special privileges like airport transfers, express check in, an exclusive Business Bay lounge and a specially trained hospitality crew. The Business Lounge in the hotel is open to the Business Bay Room and Suite Room guests only. It offers dining facilities including a buffet as well as an a la carte menu.
