The hotel has an excellent location but on the main Cochin – Kodaikanal Road. There is no signboard as to where we have to turn for the hotel. The road condition towards the hotel is very bad. On our first day we didn’t get anything proper to eat. We managed with some lemon and curd rice which were also not upto the mark. The washroom doesn’t have a locked window. The washroom can’t be locked from outside. The hotel despite an excellent location doesn’t give you value for the money.

It was a beautiful place according to me, as there was natural beauty all around. The food was excellent and was always hot and fresh. There were no guests that time except us in the resort, but services were great. In the night, we could hear the noise of blowing winds. We really had a very good stay. The only thing they can improve is that every night they have a power failure, though they provide generators but sometimes they do not have enough fuel, so they should make a good arrangement for the same.
