Best location neat and clean no in house kitchen but promptly arranged tea/eatables from nearby restaurants fully cooperative staff under owner's management. No charge for early check-in.

Good budget hotel. Very nice location. Near to bus station. No restaurant service but can deliver food on order from nearby hotels.

We stayed in this hotel for a day. It a newly built hotel but is not fully functional. Rooms are just fine but not the best for the money they charge. Moreover they don't have restaurant or room service. One good thing is that itÂ’s located in center of the city. So if you are just looking for a place to stay for a night then its fine, otherwise look for some other hotel.

1) Language problem (English, Hindi) with hotel-staff. Only the manager understands English. 2) Service is very slow. Even for Mineral Water or Tea, they made us wait for 20-30 minutes. 3) Rooms are spacious but condition is NOT good at all. Example, 3.1) TV Remote was not working. 3.2) Shower was not working. 3.3) No HOT water on 2nd day. 4) Location is good as everything is near-by. 5) No restaurant / kitchen inside the hotel for any urgent service. Its more like a Dharmshala.

Parking facility is limited & very cramped if you turn up in a big car. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful in terms of helping the guests feel comfortable, and also in recommending good spots in & around Madikeri. No running hot water can be a pain in a hill station and the hotel reserves the right to switch on the geyser for hot water. The rooms do justice to being classified as "Budget"as there are no lockable cupboards & only one towel per room. Rooms are best for people who wish to crash into bed at the end of the day after a lot of sightseeing. TV was functional but the bedsheets and pillows need to be bleached more often. If people are really not tired they might not sleep very well and creaky beds ensure that your neighbours wake up every time you shift your position. No tea or breakfast available if you plan to leave early in the morning. Good hotel if you are on a road trip and want the hotel just for sleeping.

The hotel situated very close the city, closer to the bus stand, closure to the market. We were given Room no. 8 and 9. Hotel has power backup only for the 1 or 2 lights. Fan, television, water heater and the plug point will not work on backup. We have to enjoy the hot weather and few mosquito bites if the power goes. For us at 12 am in the night the power went and we had a sleepless night for two hours. One of the water glasses given was broken by the rim.

Definitely not a hotel where one would like to stay on your vacation. Had problem with language - they know only Kannada. The hotel was not clean and service was too bad.
