Centrally located resort with prompt services and soothing ambience. It is advised not to take cottages (even though they are pretty nice) as you have to climb down and up a steep stair case multiple times in the day.

The ambiance of the hotel was good. The main advantage of this hotel is the locality. It is situated near the highway (but not congested - because not inside the town). So, most of the places in Wayanad is easily reachable. Food quality served (both in restaurant and buffet) was too good. Memorable taste of food in fact. Very small room for the money paid. In fact, it was doubtful I was given a double room or not, though I was charged for that. Service (especially room service) needs lot of improvement - may be because of inadequate staff.

We did not enjoy our stay in this hotel. The service was extremely slow. Cold tea, cold food and very indifferent to our feedback. The swimming pool was not well managed. It had a rocky floor and "thick" water. The Spa had mosquitoes, imagine the full-body massage experience. I also had an experience will lost/misplaced jewellery. No idea how my gold bangles suddenly went missing from my bag and were found "wrapped in a news paper" in the cupboard. Glad they were found!

The rooms were not upto the mark. Charged 1000 Rs. extra to give us a room which was manageable. We feel they encashed the situation to their benefits. The staff and services were not up to the mark.

The hotel in the first place was like a old villa and the pictures donot match with the fact.The hotel staff lack professional attitude and customer service sense. They dont have any formal check in , check out process. The food is pathetic, we had ordered khichdi for the kids and they served us un cooked stuff, we requested to change and they again served us semi cooked food. The service of the hotel was very very slow, I had asked for drinking water and they took 1.5 hours to come back with water. There was used soap kept in the room. The toilet shower was not working and when we complained the hotel staff was extremely rude to accept their fault. We kept on shouting on the staff for every small thing since nothing was close to 'OK' and they kept on ignoring our requests.

The mangement is not taking any interest and left it to employees, who have no vision and interest.
