Location of the hotel is very awesome. Its a nice place to enjoy the holiday. Hotel can increase the toiletries item.

The Location of the Hotel is situated in the best part & in the heart of Dalhousie. It has the best view of the Pir Panjal Mountain Ranges & the oldest heritage hotel & the building is more than 100 years old which gives a very nostalgic feeling of that era & rich in history to Dalhousie. The staff & management are excellent in providing hospitality to the best of their ability & a very personal service was provided which we cherished every moment our stay & made our visit to Dalhousie memorable. Whenever I visit Dalhousie in future I'll make sure to stay in Grand View Only. The architecture provides bountiful historical information & experience to imprint an everlasting memory in our lives. We had an excellent vacation thanks to Grand View.

Excellent location & View. Garden was lush green with beautiful Flowers, the best in Dalhousie. Staff was polite, though food & presentation was just ordinary. Not much In-Hotel activities or amenities to enjoy. Rooms were very comfortable, but needed some fixes. Good enjoyment for small Children. Great place to enjoy Dalhousie weather. Overall a great family experience.

This review is for hotel Grace Mount which was given to us in place of Hotel Grand View. The stay at Grace Mount was pleasant in all respects. Only thing, which we were not aware of was that heater in hotel costs extra. 300Rs. per day.

It is an excellent hotel with superb service and hospitality. Hotel staffs are really very good.
